As someone who doesn't normally have any sugar in coffee, this blows my mind.

As it’s a community coffee shop attached to a larger venue, so every time I buy a coffee, I also buy a Pay It Forward.
It’s a really busy place, so is a bit more vibrant than sitting on my own at home. I’m thankful that I found it!

I finally got out to a coffee shop with my iPad and Magic Keyboard, and am using this time to respond to emails.
The coffee shop seemed very happy with me buying a coffee and sitting here without restriction. So, that’s what I am doing.
Although they have free Wi-fi here, I am tethering to my phone… feels safer, although I guess I could VPN 🤔
I’m also meeting @… here for lunch, so that will be nice.
Best of all, I can access my NAS remotely, so I have everything I need 😅

@paulbusch@mstdn.caEnjoying my 2nd cup of coffee this morning as I make a list of projects for today. We have 4 contractors coming in over the next 2 weeks, and I've got prep work to get ready. Nothing too strenuous or stressful as the bulk of the tasks are done. These projects (staircase, Murphy bed, closet organizers, and eavestrough) will also use up most of our contingency funds we gained from our downsizing earlier this year. Back to boring old budgeting.
