And the couscous semola goes on top of all this in its basket to cook in the steam. There's an indecent amount of butter in there, not visible.

Can it be #autumn all year? I've been inspired to make soup, a roast pumpkin and pepper with barley, and a courgette & yellow split pea. Then made a butter bean dish for supper. I have fish curry up my sleeve for the weekend. Definitely got my cook on and my knit on again. #cooking
