Diabetic complaining on offering sweets
What's worse?
1. People who insist on giving you gifts, and then give you regular sweets, because "you eat these anyway" (in small portions).
2. The same people who immediately pour icing on a cake with moderate amount of sugar, because "you can't eat that anyway".

We as humans can't make sense of those numbers, as also the machin can't make sense of such labels, even if they would be given in natural language terms.
