Ich dreh meine durch ein Passiergerät, weil ich das Mundgefühl sehr mag. Grob geht zur Not auch, bei der pürierten Variante bin ich aber sowas von raus.
(Für die neugierigen unter euch meine persönliche Variante: Kartoffeln, Karotten, Lauch, Knollensellerie, etwas krause Petersilienblätter, mit Salz und Pfeffer abgeschmeckt, manchmal auch noch eine Prise Curry dazu.)
