Interesting statement at the #matrix26 conference: "The directory is the product". I can confirm: matrix as a messenger just works. When applying in health or education area, then you need a smart directory service and develop a concept for it with the stakeholders.

Just like Clinton turned welfare into TANF funding which doesn't help poor people anymore, Trump wants to turn Education into funding that doesn't educate kids.
It's not only resegregating schools, but de-educating schools.

I hadn't noticed this before now... China Education and Research Network (CERNET) has a few thousand unique ASes, most announcing a single #IPv6 prefix. I've not dug into why they do this. Presumably benign and I could guess, but for now I'll just file under "huh, interesting".
