It Always Has Been Meme format: two astronauts in space suits with Earth in the background. One astronaut points a gun at the other. Text said by astronaut closer to earth is: "Wait, it was Russia, Russia, Russia?" and test said by second astronaut further from earth and aiming a gun at the first astronaut is: "Always has been."

A political party in Tamil Nadu #India promised brides 8gms 22-Karat gold and a silk saree. It also promised an AI ministry, AI university, and AI city. And a whole lot more.
That party is creaming all others in the ongoing #elections.
Apparently #bribes work.

I’m not even feeling doubtful atm, that if the democrats can’t win big in the midterms, I mean like unable-to-contest kind of big, the US democracy system will be over and the Republicans will find legal holes to let Trump rule a third term. #Trump #elections

Let me see if I'm understanding their theory correctly...

• When Donald won in 2016, Obama was in office, ran the intelligence agencies, and the election was secure.

• When Donald won in 2024, Biden was in office, ran the intelligence agencies, and the election was secure.

• When Donald lost in 2020 and now heading into the midterms, with Donald running the intelligence agencies, he says the election was stolen or can't be trusted.

Did I get that…

Insider trading steering military decisions and politicians betting on their own campaigns. Prediction markets could be the most dangerous new technology since ChatGPT—especially for this administration. My new Substack at jonippolito.substack.com

Below the headline is a photo of a roulette wheel surrounded by stacks of multicolored casino chips, visually linking gambling with the article’s discussion of prediction markets and corruption.

6 POX wins in low turnout seats.
