I've had this Guardian Angel Devices "Elite Series" LED safety strobe on my SAR pack for a year or so now. It's USB charged, has a fixed internal lithium ion battery, and is available in a range of configurations.
It's come in handy a lot on urban missions where we're searching along road sides... Hi vis gear doesn't work well when you have a backpack over it blocking the view of all the reflective stripes.
The thing is supposed to be waterproof but …

The mighty hunter

Video showing a fluffy calico cat playing with a paper bag with three holes cut out from it and balled up pieces that were cut out. The human slides the wads towards the holes, which the kitty attacks with varying levels of delay. The cat is having a lot of fun, and so is the person who laughs at the kitty pouncing.

Booby trap!

Kitty is helping! 🌾

Speed up video of a farmer scooping up some grains that were drying on some pavement while a black & white kitten lays in it. The farmer starts to scoop everything up in a pile, but the kitty doesn't get up. The comfy cat gets shoveled up and added to the pile two times but never gets up. Such a good assistant!
