Jeremy Crawford hat die Frage nach den Subklassen beantwortet und er sagt, dass die meisten Wizard-Schulen aus Platzgründen weggelassen worden sind. Die 2014er Subklassen sollen aber kompatibel sein. Im Buch zu sehen waren Abjurer, Diviner, Evoker, Illusionist.
