FYI: die letzten Firmware für den Epson Ecotank 2820 hat snmp via LAN deaktiviert. Ein zurücksetzen des Waste Inc Counters mit Open Source Tools ist damit nicht mehr möglich. Einzig Bezahltools (WIC, 7€ pro Reset) gehen dann noch über USB.
Habs leider versäumt, aber vielleicht schafft Ihr es ja noch. Das Beste wäre vermutlich, dem Ecotank via Fritzbox Kindersicherung das Internet ganz zu untersagen, ansonsten irgendwie automatische Firmwareprüfung deaktivieren.

When you're trying to get #Google to help them fix a problem they have in relaying an email to a list (they are forwarding as if it they are originating your non-GMail email, thus incurring an SPF failure) their helpful support team to the rescue (see image attached).
