Das Oberlandesgericht Düsseldorf gibt dem Antrag von Fastned gegen die Autobahn GmbH statt. Demach war die Erweiterung bestehender Konzessionsverträge zwischen der Autobahn GmbH und Tank & Rast um die Errichtung von Schnellladepunkten an Raststätten durch Direktvergabe und ohne Ausschreibung rechtswidrig.
