My adoptive father was an abuser (physical, emotional, & sexual) who croaked more than a decade ago, & my bio father passed away at age 59 (before I identified him, sadly). But Mr. Boots is a father AND a dad, so let’s all wish him a very happy #FathersDay —I’m gonna cook him a delicious steak & baked potato dinner! 🥰

If you have the opportunity to do this, do it. If you have the ability to advocate for your workplace to have this, do it.
