This is the extremely rare Parachute penstemon, only found in a small area in northern Colorado, USA.
This penstemon grows on steep shale fields at 7,800 to 9,200 feet elevation. The flower blooms from about mid-June to mid-July each year.

Zinnia flower is a great big flattened globe of petals ranging from orange-red at the very top to just plain orange at the bottom, a bit of a damaged yellow flower can be seen underneath it, behind it all are patches of green (I think) foliage and brown (I think) earth.
