I used the recipe from Sally's Baking Addiction (using cooked.wiki) and they turned out great!
Nice crispy tops, though I had about half of the brown sugar/cinnamon mix left, as it seemed like way too much.
I didn't have sour cream or plain yogurt but I did have blueberry yogurt, so that seemed appropriate. I used oat milk because that's all we have in the house.
I normally do not use liners but I did this time.

I’m trying to do more of mix of smaller plates rather than just one large single thing. Definitely serving it with steamed Tenderstem Broccoli and peanut satay sauce, soy glazed mushrooms, and maybe a side of Kimchi. Honestly happy with the sounds of that… maybe some soybean paste… 🤔
I could julienne some red bell pepper, but that would end up being more of a garnish than anything substantial lol
