What I've noticed, sadly, is that the healthier bars almost always have rancid nuts; candy bars almost never do. Is that because candy bars sell so fast, but health bars sit on shelves for years before selling? Or do health-bar makers just buy rancid nuts and hope people don't notice? I used the recipe from Sally's Baking Addiction (using cooked.wiki) and they turned out great!
Nice crispy tops, though I had about half of the brown sugar/cinnamon mix left, as it seemed like way too much.
I didn't have sour cream or plain yogurt but I did have blueberry yogurt, so that seemed appropriate. I used oat milk because that's all we have in the house.
I normally do not use liners but I did this time.

So I've been tasked with making pickled eggs and the version I made with beets, the kind you'd find at a bar, was viewed as "fine". I'm wondering whether anyone has a recipe to share that might wow. #eggs #pickling #cooking #food #recipe
