Reminder to people who drive motor vehicles on streets in the city. Street driving is generally allowed, except where signs give notice it is prohibited. But it must be done with due caution and reasonable speed, and the motorist must yield to all other traffic, including pedestrians, cyclists, and trams, and must give an audible signal before overtaking and passing.
