You're absolutely correct! When you asked me to "clean up and archive some old data" I should not have sent the command "DROP DATABASE github.master" to the SQL server.

Remember the issue where PRs wouldn't show up on repositories? Well, it turns out it wasn't fixed at all. #Microsoft just "resolved" the incident and is rejecting all reports about it now.

I don't know what's more stupid: #OpenSSH using different authentication flow depending on whether you have a `.pub` file in addition to the private key or not, or #GitHub suddenly starting to reject one of the two valid RFC 4252 workflows.

Today I was using the github application on my android phone. I usually use it only for authenticating for the website. Today, to my dread I discovered on places where you'd expect to be able to copy and select text, the app doe simply not select anything.

I've finally found a valid use case for #PyPI attestations: the provenance check lets me find wrong case in #GitHub URLs. Like, if the user is "FooBar", GitHub just lets me use "foobar" in the URL and doesn't correct it in any way, but provenance check will fail!
