Weird #waves in #clouds over Bochum, Germany, at noon today - not sure how high and caused by what physics. There are #GravityWaves in the atmosphere, caused by air flowing over topography but usually invisible ... hmm.

Greenlight for next two ESA #Scout missions, Hibidis and SOVA-S: #GravityWaves at an altitude of between 80 km and 120 km by measuring the intensity of #airglow, a faint emission of light produced by a chemical reaction in the atmosphere.
