If Apple can do FaceID on the iPhone and TouchID on a Magic Keyboard attached to a Mac, why can’t they do FaceID with a Studio Display camera attached to a Mac?

Why does US Mexican food always use chicken?
Chickens are an import. Turkeys are indigenous. Not sure if there was any western hemisphere domestication of fowl of any sort pre-1492, but it seems odd that we use essentially asian birds when a similar bird was RIGHT THERE.
