Does anyone have data on the efficiency of energy harvesting HVAC systems?
Scenario:
* Area A generates X kW of waste heat at a pretty constant rate year round which is currently dumped outside by a heat pump and lost
* Area B, close by, is air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter by a second, isolated, heat pump. During the winter, it uses an average of Y kW to do this.
