Those of you who want a more or less complete #Discord replacement have Stoat.chat waiting for you. We’ve kept #IRC warm for you all these years, though, and it’s still fundamentally better for chats.

been getting back into #IRC which is nice. Some old haunts, some new.
The downside to IRC (not that #Matrix etc. are much different) is that when there's a lul in discussion, u can't really tell if everyone is out #touchinggrass

@lexie@snug.moe @… It is not okay to be showing the ip address of peoples #irc client on youtube, actual journalists would blur/block that shit out.
