OMG, #IntelliJ can't handle it when a file has the same name as its parent folder and you drag'n'drop the file one level up. Normally, IntelliJ's refactor feature would check for cross-references in your project and then move the file, but in this situation, the “Refactor” button just does nothing. 🥴
