Iraq’s largest solar project enters trial operation
Iraq’s Ministry of Electricity says an initial 61 MW from the first unit of a planned 1 GW solar project has commenced. The project is being developed across four 250 MW units, with final commissioning currently scheduled for 2028.

Deposing the Iranian Regime is access to Oil and Gas in the Middle East. (Get #Iran, and you might get #Iraq too)
And lets not forget #Russia... fighting the #RussiaUkraineWar funded by their oil reserves and all about returning to an old empire in oil-rich Central Asia and Eastern Europe.
So is the fight to end fossil fuel use in order to preserve a liveable, recognizable planet, also a fight against authoritarianism and fascism?
