TSMC announced a second-quarter profit, following its June revenue figures released earlier this week.

The Nasdaq has fallen just under 200 points, or 0.7%, to 26,086
while the Dow Jones is down 47 points at 52,684
and the S&P 500 has fallen 23 points, or 0.3%, to 7,552.
The FTSE is up just 3 points at 10,500
while the German, French, Italian and Spanish markets are between little change and a 0.4% rise.

Reddit shares jumped on the company's inclusion in the S&P 500.

An outbreak of diarrhea caused by the parasite cyclospora has risen to more than 3,000 cases in Michigan and Ohio,
