Israel killing journalists in Gaza again, and bombing another medical centre. I'm not a lawyer, but this looks to me like another war crime.

Ukraine demonstrates the power of a functioning road system as one simple and obvious benefit of embracing a European (modern world) approach to transit.
This translates into battlefield strategy for Ukraine to dominate, even with much smaller numbers.
