Słucham sobie wywiadu z Jamesem Hype'em na YT.
Interesuje mnie przede wszystkim mindset człowieka, który osiągnął sukces w cholernie trudnej, ale i ekscytującej branży. No i już w pierwszych minutach pada jedno zdanie, które towarzyszy mi przy każdym kreatywnym zajęciu, jakiego kiedykolwiek podjąłem się w życiu:
"...it's not the end of the world. You can mess things up and 70% of the crowd won't even notice"
To jest jedna z najważniejszych myśli, jaką musiałem sobie wbić do głowy, żeby bez uszczerbku na zdrowiu psychicznym wrzucać rzeczy do internetu, pokazywać własne zdjęcia i nie umierać przy tym ze strachu przed byciem ocenionym.
A zajęło to dłuższą chwilę, bo ociekające sarkazmem wczesne fora internetowe oraz ludzka mentalność rodem z wątku o zasilaczach na forum Elektrody skutecznie zamknęły mnie we własnej głowie na bardzo wiele lat. Dopiero jak się trochę zestarzałem i dorobiłem jakiegoś poczucia bezpieczeństwa w świecie, to zacząłem mieć bardziej wywalone.
Szkoda tylko, że potrzebowałem do tego terapii i przywileju ekonomicznego.
No ale idę słuchać dalej, bo wywiad jest fascynujący.
