So Wisconsin isn't allowed to enforce laws that ban gambling in the state?
"Last week, the #Wisconsin Department of Justice announced lawsuits against #Kalshi, Robinhood, Coinbase, #Polymarket and Crypto.com for allegedly facilitating illegal sports betting on their platforms. A lawsuit filed Wednesday by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, or CFTC, in response to those lawsuits alleges Wisconsin is attempting to interfere with “federally regulated markets.”"

I’m amused by the audacity of #Polymarket approaching #MorePerfectUnion for a partnership. As expected, the latter shows why Polymarket and #Kalshi are bad.

What they are doing is illegal in Wisconsin, so it makes sense.
