I watched the 4k of "2001: A Space Odyssey" (1968). #Kubrick could have just made a film about a murderous, sentient computer, and that alone would've been great. Instead, he added the "Jupiter" story with the mysterious monolith, which is both inexplicable and brilliant. The soundtrack is tremendous.
