We went for a walk. I saw a pelican gliding along on the lake. Wasn't fast enough to get close enough for a photo before he sailed around a corner. But took these on the way home. Just a short walk in suburbia. Canberra views really are delightful.

It’s a chance to hear about the legal roots and history of colonization from the people whose ancestors lived it, and to hear the incredible ways they’re fighting that ongoing colonization today. We’ll be learning about the #landback fight to return Onondaga Lake, now a superfund site, to its people. There’s food, community, and it’s a warm and welcoming space. If you can’t afford the $20 subsidized ticket lmk and I’ll get you a ticket.
