WTF? Homicide is a state level crime. There are Federal crimes about things like deprivation of civil rights, but in general, homicide is *not* a Federal level crime.
So, Minnesota not only has a right to investigate and obtain evidence, Minnesota has the dominant right and authority to deal with this killing.
