Today's driver was from Lisbon, and he lit up when I said I'm from near Boston, because he's a huge Celtics fan and fanatical about the NBA from the Bird/Magic/MJ era.

Even as someone who has only ever used SwiftUI (not AppKit or UIKit) as my primary macOS/iOS dev toolkit, this article rings so true.

In recent months I've used my debit card without incident in Lisbon, Saigon, Hanoi, Bangkok, Luang Prabang, Taipei, San Francisco, Boston and New York.
Finally got skimmed at a gas station near Macon, Georgia.
I did get gas for under $3, though.
