Me, walking into South Station right off a Lisbon-Boston flight: Why yes, Joey Bats, why yes I have. (And for those in the area, Silver Star Bakery in Providence makes terrific ones. With a grandma barking out instructions in Portuguese and everything.)

So close! I was able to ride the new (separated) bike lane along Lisbon Avenue in Milwaukee this morning.
Of course *getting to it* is not easy. IT starts at Lisbon & Burleigh which is a really crappy intersection. I rode side streets up to 74th and then crossed Burleigh to get to Lisbon.
Not ideal, but it's doable. Sad because I live a half block from Lisbon but two more blocks before the bike lane starts.

They all feel a bit weird, but great to see zero cars on them and many people walking or active in the public, several cycling. Will the EU take this as a vision to implement?

Today's driver was from Lisbon, and he lit up when I said I'm from near Boston, because he's a huge Celtics fan and fanatical about the NBA from the Bird/Magic/MJ era.
