Brought one of my kids' 2018 #MacBook Airs back to life by loading the special T2 version of Kubuntu. Works as well as any 1.6GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 #Linux laptop :)

Anyone here use a Macbook Air as their daily driver? I'm low-key considering one so I can work from coffee shops etc and escape my desk for a while during the week.
As it would be light work only, it doesn't need to be a MBP (although that line appears to have blurred since the M-series Macs).
