Is there an easy way to migrate an entire mysql to mariadb, including all the users? I have old server, RHEL8, mysql and I have new server to replace it Alma 10, mariadb. I need ALL the data to move over, including the 100 or so users, so just moving DB's isn't enough. mysqldump > file plus mysql < file doesn't work as there are existing DB conflicts and things. Unless there are flags I am missing.

This is kind of a big deal for DNSSEC, one of the lagging places of zone signing in the name space has been in the popular (i.e., high Tranco ranking) content providers.
