Close from Mac Allister! Pushed it a yard wide.
Good stretch of minutes, but compare how narrow #LFC are in possession to that of Marseilles. It's like a practice drill where you're playing on a tiny pitch.

Very solid performance. Gomez really shored up the defending and Kerkez and Frimpong were both terrific.
Gravenberch got off to a rough start, but he really caught fire and was my MOTM. I don't know that he and Mac Allister have the greatest chemistry, but Marseille allowed them space as they fatigued.
If you were to be critical... too many promising moments lacking the right pass or quality. Not enough shots, only 3 of 11 on target.
