Indrukwekkend hoe ver je komt met een piepklein meshcore setje, veel repeaters in mijn omgeving, ik zie ook berichten uit Duitsland en België me bereiken met tientallen "hops".
Nu nog een praktische toepassing bedenken 😂

About last night. Among many other things that can't be talked about there was good #meshcore radio reception on the rooftop of weekend club Berlin :)

After some tinkering I made my Heltec Wifi LoRa 32 V4 work, even without an extra/better antenna. Somehow it doesn't want to connect to the webclient with Bluetooth but the Android app works fine. It is also nice that this kit has a small screen of it's own.
Amazingly busy here around Bergschenhoek, Netherlands.

What I really do like about the #Meshcore app is the ability to tell whether my messages are making it to the mesh. There are multiple ways to tell.
First is the display of heard repeats. That indicate that x number of repeaters have received and repeated the message.

i have a question. #meshcore, why? in case of disasters? why not a #ham license, or cb / pmr radios, or even a proper freifunk-style p2p wifi based backbone for high bandwidth backhaul before going the last-mile? all of these seem to me better suited for a disaster than meshcore.
