It's good to realize that if/when Russia should decide to attack NATO-countries with drones or missiles, support from the US will probably be none or limited. Because of Trump being a Putin ally but also because the US has a shortage in missiles and munitions....
Our protection is ofcourse NATO and article 5. I am however not convinced that the US will want to follow that route after limited drone attacks from Russia for example. It's not an "automatic" process.
