We find ourselves in a terrible time for improving. Some devs are trying to learn, but they're being led down a path of misinformation.

@iam_jfnklstrm@social.linux.pizzaI know mastodon is filling up with linux tinkerers , but I'm joining the 'I love Linux quire'. Bought a macbook air from 2015 just to play with. Put Pop_OS! on it and tinkered a bit to get wifi working. Now it starts faster than my new work computer (filled up with #microslop). So the old Apple guy run laps around the HP from 2025. Cosmic is great on a low specs laptop.
