Just spent the last two days on a Remote Area First Aid course, run by JP of the Overland Guide Association. Really enjoyed it and definitely learned lots.

Some people stood over boxes containing false body parts that have deep wounds oozing blood that we were practicing packing.

Trying to work out what has changed because I’m riding sand sooooooo much better than usual today. Even the Heacham Deep Sand Trail From Hell was easy!!
