A report on the discovery of an evolving extended azimuthal structure trailing the previously known arc system along Neptune's Adams ring, at about 62930 km from the planet's center: http://www.cbat.eps.harvard.edu/iau/cbet/005700/CBET005759.txt - this extended material was first detected on 2021 Oct. 7 and 8 UT in images obtained with the 10-m Keck II telescope and later confirmed in images obtained on 2022 July 12 with the James Webb Space Telescope Near-Infrared Camera (NIRCam). #Neptune
