 Lauren Fensterstock is an artist, writer, curator, and educator based in Portland, Maine. With a background in jewelry smithing, the artist has always been drawn to the intricate and complex forms embedded in the decorative arts as well as forms found in the natural world. The Order of Things was part of a body of work titled "grottoes" inspired by the artificial caves found in palatial garden…
