i bought some records on ebay. i have always wanted the köln concerts! and this sinatra record is fabulous.

i live in a small apartment without a lot of storage space. for LPs, i have two three-foot shelves, one for jazz, the other for everything else. last week, i made a new resolution to play at least one non-jazz record every day. here's how it's going.

Santana's "Welcome" (1973). The cover is minimalist: a cream/off-white background with just the word "Welcome" rendered in elegant gold cursive script running diagonally across the sleeve, no other imagery or text visible on this side.
