There is a chance that Iran and Oman will reach an agreement to let all ships in Hormuz pay a fee (equals toll), Trump could possibly celebrate that as a victory and quickly run away from the mess he has created?

So Iran and Oman will not ask for tolls/fees and lift the blockade of Hormuz apparently, then the US can lift it's blockade, Trump can claim "victory". Forgetting that Iran controls Hormuz, the regime is still there, nuclear issue remains and the regime will re-arm itself with drones/missiles etc.
