Why I think so? Because it has returned, and I have re-deleted it, practically every day since February 11.

@… Looking at your recent blog posts, I think we'll soon run into each other on Fedora's journey towards PQC signatures. I'm waiting for the OpenPGP PQC RFC to finalize and then I'll probably prepare a change proposal.
