Sigh. I have so much work to do today, a considerable amount of it is _overdue_, but sure let's waste this morning/early afternoon prepping for my #PerformanceReview , why not.
I know why we do these this way now. Goal setting, objective assessment criteria reduces the impact of personal bias, favouritism etc.
