When you install air defense units at the top of civilian residential buildings, you turn those residential buildings into military targets and lose the ability to complain if civilians get hit as a consequence.
#Russia doesn't care. Killing civilians for them is a way of life, including their own. No crime is unthinkable, nothing is beyond limits.

Did you know this fire in Moscow was imported, and as a special deal, the importer didn’t even have to pay any tariffs? I know, right?

We are getting used to the carnage and destruction in Kyiv sadly, compare that to Ukrainian attacks that at least try to not hit pure civilian targets. Putin on the other hand wants to maximize terror under civilians.
