I've been giving some thought to what needs to happen in the US once the current political and human rights nightmare comes to an end. Keith Ellison and the MN AG office are the folks who successfully prosecuted Derek Chauvin. They are a crack legal team who know how to win. I’m making no bets about the short or long term outcomes of this lawsuit — especially not with a radical right-wing SCOTUS completely off the rails — but I’m confident these are some of the very best people to be leading it.
