Equipment repair time! Digilent ADP3450 I've had for a long time and recently stopped working.
It draws 0.6 mA from the 19V input with the power switch off and 1.1 mA with it on. So it's clearly not even attempting to boot.
All of the power rails I've poked at measure zero volts so whatever failed is pretty far up the chain.
I'm going to try to video the debug process and see how it turns out.
