I've looked at some ideas, but didn't find convincing enough yet.

@losttourist@social.chatty.monsterOh dear. One of my Raspberry Pis (that has been happily running for years and years) has suddenly stopped.
It's a Pi 3B. If I disconnect and reconnect the USB power cable there is a brief flash of the green activity LED and then nothing else happens.
Worse than that, there is a distinct smell of electrical burning. No sign of any magic smoke but I wonder if that escaped earlier and is now long gone.

Are RAM prices ever going to go back to sensible levels, I wonder.
