remembering that time in 2004 my friend jake booked david allan coe's first nyc show in decades. the gig was on a boat, supposedly because coe wouldn't set foot in nyc due to a beef with the hells angels, so the boat picked him up & dropped him off in new jersey. jakerocksoff.com/d-is-for-davi
