@mlawton@mstdn.socialToo little sleep, too hot, stagnant air with no breeze, and definitely rudely humid. When it became clear what a struggle this would be, I opted to run for HR zones instead. This included several walking breaks to bring my HR back down. My fitness needs the work.

So happy to be able to exercise while giving C a break at the same time. Also excited to begin the journey of undoing the ‘Dad bod’. Next step is to see if I can bring our unruly Chocolate Lab along too 😅

With so much construction around where I live, it is difficult to drive anywhere close without it being worthwhile.
