As a big fan of 1960's era ska, I tend to not care much for the 3rd and 4th wave bands. Mostly because too many of them stray from the horn sound as a focal point 🎷🎺
But there are some really fun contemporary ska-punk-jazz bands that showcase upbeat brass sections. Here's one of my favorite examples.
