When and if archeology is done on this society, they'll be puzzled, as I am, by the prodigious number of chickens kept, slaughtered, processed, eaten.

Just had a great lunch at the Haycutter in Oxted - with some fine beers - Wantsum's Opus and a Black Prince; and a Loxhill Biscuit - along with sausage and mash. Excellent luncheon.
My efforts on Untapped are an uphill struggle – when I was looking to log in the Opus and realised Wantsum Brewery have 216 beers listed, I have managed 2, so far...
Excellent dinner of Fabada Asturiana, Spain's answer to cassoulet. Bean stew with cuts of delicious fatty pork sausage and something like bacon. This one was served with beans and meats cooked separately which was a really nice touch, kept the flavors distinct. Very satisfying with good pork.
